Welcome to The Simple Platform (“TSP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TSP’s websites (www.simple-platform.com and www.researchnetai.com) and services (the “Services”). By using TSP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. User Eligibility

TSP is an invitation-only platform designed for specific user groups, including researchers, innovators, finance professionals, journalists, and consultants. Access is limited to invited individuals who meet the eligibility requirements of their designated role.

6. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpaid amounts may be subject to finance charges or suspension of Services.

7. Confidentiality

You and TSP may each receive information from the other that is confidential in nature. Both parties agree to use such information only as permitted under these Terms, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSP, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (b) your content or Customer Data.

9. Limitations of Liability

TSP is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSP disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. TSP’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If changes are significant, we will notify users by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of TSP after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
